Which appliances does Ellen repair?
Washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, and gas ovens and cookers. Restaurant oven requests are assessed by appliance type and service capability.
How is a visit scheduled?
After the request is reviewed, a visit time is agreed with you. Sending the form alone does not confirm an appointment.
How are repair costs and inspection charges decided?
Repair costs depend on the inspection findings, work and parts required. Ask about inspection and travel charges before the visit, and discuss the repair cost before approving it.
How long is the warranty?
The warranty period is 3 months. Ask which work and parts it covers and what terms apply to your repair before giving approval.
What are your working hours?
9 AM to 9 PM. To ask about an appointment on a particular day, call us or use WhatsApp.
Which areas are covered?
Coverage includes areas across Amman, such as Abdoun, Khalda, Jubeiha and Marj Al-Hamam. See the service area list. Other governorates are served subject to conditions explained when you contact us.
