Safety around gas appliances

Do not adjust gas openings or valves, or change connections yourself. Gas components require specialist attention.
Oven temperature and cooking results
Poor heating differs from uneven heat distribution. Describe the change in performance, such as longer cooking times or the flame going out during use.
Do not use prolonged operation or another flame to test the temperature, and never bypass the appliance’s safety controls.
